San Vicente Farm, began exporting coffee in 2001, was started by Fidel Paz and is the culmination of the life long dream of his father, Cantalicio Paz.
The exceptional nature of these coffees can be attributed to fertile volcanic soil, the microclimate caused by Lake Yojoa at the base of the mountain, and the meticulous nature of the people in charge of quality control at San Vicente.

Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
