Every month we’ll change up the coffees to explore how roast level, coffee origin, or processing affects taste by putting two incredible coffees head to head. Your job is to try them both, learn what you like best, and report your intel back to us in a follow-up survey.
Note: All subscriptions ship the first Thursday each month.
Roasting Schedule
All coffees are roasted and packaged to order every Monday and shipped on Tuesday. Orders placed before 5 p.m. EST on Sundays are guaranteed to be roasted and shipped that week. Orders placed after this time will ship the following week. If you need your coffee sooner, please leave us a note at checkout or reply to your confirmation email, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
