We took our delicious Earl Grey tea and crafted the perfect balance of creamy, aromatic flavors, to create the London Fog Tea Latte. Hot London Fog Tea Latte

Yield: 14fl. oz.

Ingredients

1 Sachet/2.5g of Earl Grey Tea

12oz Water

1 1/2Tbsp. Maple Syrup or Sweetener

Dash Cinnamon

1-2 drops Vanilla Extract

1 1/2oz Milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk

Dried lavender flower topping (optional)

Directions

  1. Steep 1 sachet of Earl Grey tea in 195F water for 5min. 
  2. Remove tea bag and add maple syrup or sweetener. Add vanilla extract. Stir till combined.
  3. Steam 1 1/2oz of milk. Pour steamed milk into the tea. 
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon or other toppings. Enjoy!

 

Iced London Fog Tea Latte w/ Cold Foam

Yield: 16fl. oz.

Ingredients 

2 Sachet/5g of Earl Grey Tea

12oz Water

1-2oz Ice

1 1/2Tbsp. Maple Syrup or Sweetener

Dash Cinnamon

1-2 drops Vanilla Extract

1oz Milk or unsweetened non-dairy milk

Dried lavender flower topping (optional)

Cold Foam Ingredients

Yield 2.5fl. oz.

3 Tbsp. Heavy cream 

1 Tbsp. Milk

1 Tbsp. Flavored Syrup

For a non dairy option, substitute with 4 Tbsp. of cold non dairy milk 

Directions

Skip Steps 3 and 5 for a tea latte without cold foam 

  1. Steep 2 sachets of Earl Grey tea in 195F water for 5min. 
  2. Remove tea bags and add maple syrup or sweetener. Add vanilla extract. Stir till combined. Set aside to cool for 2-3min.
  3. In a frothing pitcher or glass measuring cup combine: heavy cream, milk, and flavored syrup. Select the Cold Setting on the milk frothing pitcher or use a frothing wand. If using nondairy milk, froth the milk a second time to achieve the perfect consistency of foam.
  4. Pour milk into glass of cooled tea. Add ice. 
  5. Pour Cold Foam.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon or other toppings. Enjoy!
