Honey Blossom Cold Brew w/ Honey Cold Foam

Yield: 12fl. oz.

Ingredients

8oz Cold Brew

1-2oz Ice

1 1/2Tbsp. Vanilla Syrup or Sweetener

Splash of honey cold foam (see recipe below)

Garnish Salt or dried pickled cherry blossom flower topping

Cold Foam Ingredients

Yield 2.5fl. oz.

3 Tbsp. Heavy cream

1 Tbsp. Milk

2 tsp. Honey

For a non dairy option, substitute with 4Tbsp. or 2 fl. oz. of cold non dairy milk

Cold foam topping

Directions

Tip: Since honey is thick and takes longer to dissolve, it's best to stir the mixture before pouring into the frothing pitcher.

  1. In a glass, add 1 1/2tbsp. of vanilla syrup. Then pour 8oz of cold brew and stir to combine.
  2. In a frothing pitcher or glass measuring cup combine: heavy cream, milk, and honey. Select the Cold Setting on the milk frothing pitcher or use a frothing wand.  If using nondairy milk, froth the milk a second time to achieve the perfect consistency of foam.
  3. Add ice to cold brew.
  4. Pour Cold Foam.
  5. Sprinkle salt or other toppings. Enjoy!
